About Us

 

Brandon Consulting was established in 1998 offering Managed IT Support and professional services to our customers. Brandon has a total of 24 Staff operating from offices in Dublin and Galway.

 
Our Managed IT
Support Team consists of helpdesk based in Ballycoolin, Dublin and field engineers in Galway and Dublin. We provide a proactive support framework utilising remote agents on all endpoint devices for monitoring and also security patching and antivirus.

Included in the framework is automatic ticketing and service management which provides tracking and reporting on all tickets logged. Other options include software distribution and asset management reporting.

Our Professional Services Team is broken into a number of groups with expertise in different areas. All our engineers are Microsoft Certified and then build on the certifications relevant to their group.  

Our Professional Services Team currently provides implementation services for Dell professional services under a global infrastructure consulting agreement and Microsoft consulting. These relationships and agreements ensure that Brandon engineers are at the forefront of product and solution capability and knowledge.
