Tiered Monthly Plans

Basic- All alerts are sent directly to the customer. Customer is responsible to address and respond to alerts. Brandon Global is responsible to monitor/support/update the 365Vigilance server. Response during normal business hours

Comprehensive- 8-hour support desk, 5 days per week. With this level of service, Brandon Global receives alerts, then makes recommendations to the customer on what actions need to be taken.

Premium- 24-hour support desk, 5 days per week.
